RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from ZayaJoy. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
